Bacon and Cabbage

1 Head of Cabbage
1 lb of bacon
1 med onion

In a large stock pot saute the bacon till crisp.
Remove bacon and dry on paper towels.
Slice the cabbage into small strips along with the onions and saute in the bacon grease.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot
