Barbeque Sauce for the Shrimp Skewer
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons minced leeks
3 tablespoons fresh garlic
½ cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup cayenne pepper hot sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar

Start by sautéing your leeks and garlic after they start to turn translucent Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil until sauce begins to thicken. Then use all you want baby.
