Barbequed Shrimp Skewer
6 large shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Table spoon of each of the following;
Paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon of each of the following;
Dried thyme and oregano, lemon pepper, fresh garlic and onion powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Combine all dry ingredients from shrimp recipe with oil and mix well Add shrimp and toss to coat, refrigerate for 30 minutes Then take bamboo skewer (soaked in water for at least 30 mintues) place on one raw pineapple chunk followed by a red onion and shrimp at top of skewer another pineapple chunk and red onion place on preheated grill at about medium heat for 3 minutes then brush with barbeque sauce allow to cook for another 2 minutes. Place shrimp skewer on a mound of pineapple slaw and top with a purée of chive and olive oil
