Cauliflower Buffalo “Wings”

1 head cauliflower

1 cup chickpea flour

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup almondmilk

1½ cups hot sauce (we prefer Cholulu)

1 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 375.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Cut a head of cauliflower into bite-size chunks.
In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, garlic powder,onion powder, black pepper and oat milk.
Stir the batter so there are no lumps.
Immerse the cauliflower pieces into the batter so they are well coated, then place them on the lined pan.
Cook for 18 minutes.
Take the pan out of the oven and drown (seriously) the cauliflower “wings” in yourfavorite hot sauce.
Cook for another 8 minutes.
Dip these hot “wings” in your choice of dressings.
