Chef and the Fat
Man Coconut Macaroons
14 oz condensed
sweetened milk
¾ cup all-purpose flour
14 oz shredded sweet coconut
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1tsp almond extract
Preheat oven to
350 degrees
(Use a good baking pan with baking paper if you need to).
In a Kitchenaid Artisan Series mixer (or a large bowl)
Mix flour, coconut and salt.
Then add condensed milk, vanilla and almond extract stir well.
Make 1 ½ inch balls 2 inches apart on a well greased pan.
Bake for 13-18 minutes (depending on your ovens accuracy).
Or until Macaroons are golden on top and bottom.
Take off pan right away and place on cooling rack.
