1 frying chicken about 2.5- 3 lbs
1 blend of herbs
(thyme, oregano, pepper, salt, cilantro and cumin) in proportions YOU like equal or heavier on the ones you like...Start out with a 1/2 tsp - tsp of each
1BGE at 350

Mix your herbs. Use the herbs you like and they need to be dry herbs.Rub your chicken with olive oil and then rub your bird with the herbs both inside and out. Place on the tower of the egg and cook till the internal temp at the thigh hits 180. Let it rest
