Chef and the Fat Man Stuffed Bread
2 long Italian hoagie rolls(split and the dough removed)
1 lb sausage (breakfast,Italian)
1 small onion diced
1 small green pepper diced
1 jalapeno diced(seeds removed)
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese room temp(diced)
8 oz shredded cheese

In a large skillet begin browning the sausage till almost cooked,add the peppers,and onion. Cook for about 3 mins. Add the cream cheese,sour cream,and shredded cheese. Mix well. Fill the hollowed bread with the sausage stuffing. Wrap loosely with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25-30 mins. Cut into pieces and serve
