Chef and the Fat Man do Pizza Nova on the Big Green Egg
1 pkg. Publix pizza dough
Cream cheese
1 pkg. Smoked Salmon or lox
1 tomato sliced thin
1 red onion
1 or 2 Tbl. capers
1 hard boiled egg, shelled, sliced thin

Stretch pizza dough to a pizza shape and grill on the BGE. Spread cream cheese on the dough. On top of the cream cheese, layer salmon, tomato, thin sliced red onion, and capers top with hard boiled egg slice or two. Slice pizza and serve. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++==++++++++++++++++ If you are blind-baking the pizza doughs first, roll them out, coat them with a bare amount of oil and bake them at 450º for about 8 minutes, take them off the BGE and top them. Pop them back on the big green egg to slightly warm for 2 minutes. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++==++++++++++++++++ If you doing them with the toppings on from the start, layer the topping on and pop them into the BGE for about 10-12 minutes at 450+º. (ChefNote) these are best done blind baked and topped rather than baked with toppings)
