Chocolate Chip Scones
3 1/4 cup AP flour
1/2 c sugar
1 t of baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 cup choc chips
2 cups of whipping cream
2 tbls butter

Pre heat oven to 375F. Combine the flour,sugar,baking powder and salt in a large bowl(sift if you wish). Add the chips. Beat cream using the Kitchen Aid stand mixer till firm peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the flour mixture. Turn dough onto lightly floured board. Knead for about 2 minutes. Pat out dough into 1-1/4 inch thickness. Cut and place on butter baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes brush with melted butter then another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
