Chocolate Souffle
Chocolate Souffle
9 oz of semi sweet chocolate
2 oz butter
6 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2 oz rum(optional)

In a double boiler begin melting the chocolate along with the rum,butter,and the egg yolks. While that is slowly melting,whisk the egg whites with the Kitchen Aid stand mixer to stiff peaks. Once the chocolate has melted and all is blended then carefully fold in the stiff egg whites. Once all incorporated then pour into your souffle dish or dishes. Bake at 350 for about 20 mins. Remove and serve warm.
