Coconut Flour Slider Buns
1 egg

2 tbsp cream

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

1 tbsp butter

Choose a straight sided coffee mug. Beat the egg well.
Stir in the olive oil and cream.
Add the coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Stir and let the mixture sit for a minute to thicken.
Microwave on full power for approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Microwave times will vary. The mixture will rise over the top of the mug, then sink back down.
It is done when the center is set. Remove the mug from the microwave and release the bread onto a cutting board.
Cut the bread into 4 equal slices.
Melt butter in a skillet, adding the slices to brown and toast.
