Corn Pudding
Serves: 6-8

2 cups corn (fresh is best when in season late summer )
2 eggs
2 tbs melted butta
1 pt scalded milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Beat eggs,milk and butter to incorporate. Add corn and Salt and Pepper. Pour into a greased 9x9" baking dish . Place this dish into a larger dish to create a water bath. Bake for 1 hour at 350
