Crab and Corn Dip
Crab and Corn Dip
8 oz room temp cream cheese
8 oz of crab meat( picked clean)
1/2 ts of horseradish
S&P to taste
1 ear of fresh corn (can will work if fresh corn not available)

Blend all ingredients together and place in a shallow baking dish. Preheat the oven to 350. Sprinkle with a little cheese and bake till bubbly and slightly brown. Serve with crackers or a strong chip.
