Curry Glazed Beef Tenderloin
1 1/4 c. mushroom soy or tamari
1/3 c. honey
2 4lb. beef tenderloins, each halved crosswise
1/4 c. veggie oil
1/4 c. curry powder

In a bowl, whisk together soy and honey and curry powder. Score the top and bottom of the tenderloins in a crosshatch pattern about 1/2 inch thick. Place the tenderloins in 2 large plastic bags and pour in the marinade. Seal the bags and refrigerate overnight. Remove the tenderloins from the marinade and rub with oil. Heat a grill and grill the tenderloins till the doneness you desire. Remove the tenderloins when done and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
