Dixie Stampede Garlic Cheese Biscuits
Serves: Approx 12 biscuits

5 tbs butter, melted
1 clove garlic minced
51/2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup cold water
2/3 cup whole milk
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the butter and garlic in a small bowl and set aside. Combine the Bisquick with 2/3 cups cold water and the whole milk and mix until a soft dougn forms. Do not over mix. Add the cheese to the dough and sitr to combine. Using a teaspoon or small ice cream scoop, drop ping-pong-ball sized drop biscuits onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove the buiscuits from the oven and lightly brush with the butter/garlic mixture. Serve warm.
