Gobhi Tikka Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower cut into florets - 1 medium size  see video on facebook
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Gram flour - 1/4 cup 
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)- 1/2 tsp 
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Juice of one lemon
Salt - 1 tsp 
Green Bell pepper cut them into 2 inch pieces
Onions cut same size as bell pepper

  1. In a pan heat the cooking oil, add carom seeds let them crack than add gram flour and roast for 2-3 mins. Add turmeric, chili powder, salt and garam masala in it. 
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, mustard oil and lemon juice and yogurt mix it well.
  3. In this Marinade add the cauliflower florets.
  4. Let it sit aside for 30 mins.
  5. Heat the BGE for 375F 
  6. Oil the vegetable roasting pan arrange cauliflower in single layer.
  7. After 15 mins brush it with butter and toss them cook another 15 mins. 
  8. In the leftover marinade toss onions and bell pepper put in separate vegetable roasting pan single layer cook it for 15 mins. 

So good the Fatman ate it...1st time in 18 years!!!!
