Georgia Wild Shrimp Po Boy
4 T butter
olive oil
garlic, minced(use the Kitchen Aid garlic press)
pinch of Cayenne pepper
1/4 C white wine
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/2 t finely chopped lemon zest
1 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (no tails)
1 loaf of Italian hoagie bread

In a large saute pan, combine butter and oil. Heat till butter is melted. Add garlic to taste and Cayenne pepper; cook till garlic is soft but not browned. Add the wine, and bring to a boil. Lower the heat; add remaining ingredients, except bread. Stir until the shrimp begins to turn pink. Cut the hoagie bread open and place in a large bowl. Spoon in the shrimp, and add a little sauce. WOW what a lunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!**
