Grab It and Go
3 lbs ground chuck
1 small onion diced
1 container 16 oz. sour cream
12oz. shredded sharp cheddar
2 cans Texas biscuits
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip

Brown chuck and onions. Combine sour cream, cheese, and Ranch dip. Add to meat mix. Spray muffin pan and place the bottom half of the biscuit in the pan. Cover with 1 tbls. of meat mixture. Top with other half of the biscuit. Bake for 10 minutes...serve hot and tasty. Great with spicy mustard dip.
