Grand Marni er Chocolate Mousse
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
1/3 pound melted chocolate
1 tablespoon or more if you like of Grand Marnier

Place your stand mixer mixing bowl in the freezer for an hour along with the whisk. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler until smooth and remove from the heat. Whip the cream until you have stiff peaks, fold in the choc late and Grand mariner. Serve and enjoy.
