Grilled New Potatoes with Herb Vinaigrette
2 lbs. small red new potatoes
1/4 c. canola oil
Kosher salt and pepper

Roasted Garlic Mustard Herb Vinaigrette

8 cloves roasted garlic
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Kosher salt
2/3 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c. fresh basil

Boil potatoes till slightly done, about 5 minutes. Drain and slice in half. Brush potatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill, with cut side down, about 3 t0 4 minutes. Turn and grill 3 more minutes. Toss with the Herb Vinaigrette.

Directions for the Herb Vinaigrette

Put garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly add the oil and blend till emulsified. Add herbs and blend.
