Grilled Taco Nachos

10 c. tortilla chips
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 cans Old El Paso chopped green chilies, drained
4 tsp Old El Paso taco seasoning mix
4 Roma tomatoes chopped
4 med. green onions, sliced
4 c. finely shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese(1 lb.)

heat grill. Spray 2 large pieces of foil with cooking spray. Spread chips in center of the foil. Mix sausage, chilies and seasoning mix; spoon over tortilla chips. Top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with cheese. Wrap foil securely around tortilla chips. Cover and grill foil packets seam sides up for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
