Harvest Tomato Vinagerette
Serves: Makes one quart

1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar pepper to taste
1 tablespoon red onion - chopped
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 1/2 cups canola oil

Place all ingredients (except oil) into a food processor(or blender). While running at high speed, add the oil in a slow steady stream. Toss with Fresh Express Salad, sliced cucumbers, diced green bell pepper, sliced tomatoes and/or sliced red onion.
