Italian Style meatloaf
Italian Style meatloaf
2 lbs of White Oak Pastures Ground Beef
1 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of Tomato paste
1 lb of mushrooms
1/2 Tbs of oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 Tbs of Thyme
1 cup of chopped tomatoes

Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl. Lightly pack the meatloaf in a pan and bake on the BGE for about 1 1/2 hours until the meat reaches an internal temp of 160 degrees, remove from the pan and let it rest about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy
