Italian shrimp and grits:
Italian shrimp and grits:
1/2 lb Georgia wild shrimp
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 c cream
1 pan of grits as per Jim Dandy
1/2 c of Marinara
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup of bell peppers
1/2 lb of prosciutto

Once grits have been cooked add the cream and butter to cream them a little more. Cook the peppers, mushrooms and ham with marinara. Place the grits into a bowl and top with marinara sauce.
