Mustard Fresh Rosemary Lamb Chops
Smear
the chops with the mustard. Coat them good. Let rest with the mustard
about 20 minutes at room temperature. While the chops and resting finely chop
the fresh rosemary. Sprinkle the mustard coated chops with the rosemary and
again let restabout 20 minutes. Get the EGG up to 375 and grill till an internal
temp of 140(rare and 145(meduim rare). Remove from grill and rest before eating.
