Lamb and Buffalo Burgers
Serves: 4

1 egg
1/4 cup red wine
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 lb. ground lamb
1/2 lb. ground buffalo
4 French hamburger buns

In bowl beat egg with wine. Stir in onion, breadcrumbs, rosemary, salt pepper and then mix in lamb and buffalo. Shape into 4 1/2 in. patties. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Preheat a grill on high. grill the burgers until an internal temperature of 155 has been reached. Place on buns and serve.
