Leg
of Lamb

Boneless leg of lamb(you can get the whole leg and bone it out yourself) 3
tablespoons of olive oil 2-4 tablespoons of Soy or Worcestershire sauce
lots of Garlic sliced into slivers(for studding) 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp fresh rosemary
Take
your leg(lamb leg) and and make little slits into the meat and place a slivers
of garlic in the hole do this about 20 times at least. Mix everything else
together and pour into a zip bag along with the meat for at least 2 hours. Get
your EGG at about 375 and grill away till the temp hits 140-145.***Let the Lamb
REST.
