Mexican grits
1 order of Jim Dandy grits.
1/2 lb of Habanero cheese grated
1/2 lb Chorizo
1/4 or more if you like of finely chopped Jalapeno.
1/4 bunch chopped Cilantro
1/2 lb Georgia wild shrimp

Cook the other items in a med high sauce pan. Add the grated cheese to the grits and stir to incorporate.
