Orange Marinated Flank Steak
1 jar of Orange marmalade
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbl. chili powder
2 Tbl. A-1 steak sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbl. Dijon mustard
1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
3 lbs. flank steak
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Set aside one cup of the marinade and add the flank steak to the remaining marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat grill. Grill flank steak, turn twice and brushing with original marinade. Cook steak for 8-10 minutes. Let steak sit for 5-10 minutes. Slice the steak (depending on how rare it is) on a bias. Serve with the sauce that was set aside.
