Oysters Rockafeller casserole
1 pt of shucked oysters(drain and chopped)
2 tbs butter(or more)
3 green onion chopped
2 -4 cloves of Garlic chopped
1 bunch of fresh spinach
S&P to taste
dash or 2 or 3 or 4 or more of hot sauce
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese

Pre heat the oven to 350 Saute the oysters in the butter over MED heat about 3 -5 minutes. Remove oysters. Add the green onion and garlic and cook about another 2 mins Stir in spinach and hot sauce.(Taste Now). Add S&P if needed. Add the oysters back in along with the cheese and mix well. Place in a buttered dish and heat for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with a thick nacho or cracker
