Pineapple
Upside Down Cake

1/4 cup of cake flour 1 1/4 t Baking powder 1/4 t salt 3/4 cup sugar
4 tb butter 1/2 cup milk 1t vanilla 1/2 cup of brown sugar (packed
tight) 4 -6 pineapple rings 4 tb butter
Sift flour,salt,BP,and sugar add butter,milk and vanilla. In your cast iron
skillet melt the butter and Brown sugar and add the pineapple slices. Turn
batter out on top of the pineapples and cook about 45 minutes(check at 30)
Loosen sides and invert onto a plate. Add cherries if you like but not necessary
