Poached Wild Georgia Shrimp
12-16 ct shrimp peeled and deveined
(If you want the best use Wild Georgia Shrimp ONLY)
Poaching liquid(lemon,chipotle pepper,wine volume to taste).

Bring the cooking liquid to a low slow simmer. place shrimp in the pan and watch carefully. When the shrimp are 3/4 way done remove from liquid (don't freak they will continue to cook) serve with your favorite sauce(cocktail or remoloude)

This is not a place for chicken stock .
