Scallops
with Wasabi Cream 12
dry packed Scallops 6 oz of heavy whipping cream 4 tbs of prepared Washabi
In a mix bowl beat the cream to med peaks. Fold in the Washabi and set a side.
Get that All Clad pan very hot. Add a little oil and begin to sear off
those scallops. Season with salt and pepper. When seared, plate them and
top with Washabi cream.
** With the Washabi add a little and adjust because it can easily over power you
