Pork Chop
1 big thick
pork chop per person 10-12 long cinnamon sticks(soaked in water) 2-3 nutmeg
seeds also soaked in water Get
the egg to about 350. Season the chopps with salt and pepper.add the cinnamon
sticks and nutmeg to the coals then place the grate back on add the chops and
smoke away. The flavor is not strong but very flavorful .
