Smoked Salmon Salad

8 oz salmon
1 bag of field greens
extra virgin olive
oil white wine vinegar

Either on the Egg or a table top smoker smoke the salmon after you season it with S&P.
In a bowl mix the salad with S&P.
When salmon is done break apart and add to the salad mix.
Drizzle with the oil and vinegar and toss.
Serve as a main dish with a great crusty bread.
