Smoked shrimp and scallops
1 lb of fresh shrimp(peeled and de-veined)
3/4 lb of Sea scallops
White pepper to taste

Prepare your stove top smoker with the chips or shavings. Season your seafood. Place on rack and place rack into the smoker close and smoke for about 10-12 mins on med high.
