Southern Biscuits with Mayo
Southern Biscuits with Mayo
2/3 c Buttermilk
2 tsp oil
3 tsp mayo
2 c self rising flour

In a large bowl mix together the oil,mayo, and Buttermilk. Gradually add the flour and stir until combined. Roll out onto a floured board to a 1/2 inch thickness. Using a cutter or glass cut the biscuits. Place into a greased cast iron skillet and then into a pre heated 425 oven for 20 minutes.
