Spaetzle
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 c milk
1ts salt
1/4 ts baking powder
Bring a sauce
pan of salted water to a boil.
In a Kitchen Aid mixer with the flat beater mix all ingredients.
Place a colander over the pan and allow the batter to flow into the water.
It may need a little push to get thru.
When the Spaetzle begins to float cover the pan and until the Spaetzle
appears swollen and fluffy. Remove dumpling and saute with a lite sage
butter.
