Stuffed Bell Peppers
4 large green
and red bell peppers
left over rice left over ground beef fron Enchiladas
shredded cheese
In large bowl combine the ground beef,rice and cheese.
Stuff your peppers.
Bake at 350 for about 25 mins.
Top with more cheese and serve.
