The Best Peach Cobbler
I can large peaches in juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 can of hot water
1 stick butter
3/4 c. self rising flour
3/4 c. sugar

Pour peaches in long Pyrex dish. Add hot water and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar dissolves. Melt butter and add sugar and flour. Mix till the consistency of mashed potatoes. Spoon the mixture on top of the peaches. Bake at 375 until golden brown.
