Turkey (or Chicken) Fajitas

Turkey Stripes ½ x ¼ x 2-1/3 x 3 inch 2 lbs.
Fajita Marinade:
Ancho-Citrus Seasoning 2 Tbsp.
Fresh Garlic, Minced 3 cloves
Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Beer ¼ cup
Fresh Cilantro, chopped ¼ cup Black Pepper 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Corn Oil 2 Tbsp.


Place Turkey Strips in a stainless steel bowl.
Prepare Fajita Marinade.
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl & blend well.
Pour marinade over the Turkey Strips & blend well.
Allow to marinate for at least 6 hours.
Yield 2 LBS of fajita meat.
