Vietnamese Glazed Skinny Pork Chops

2 Tbl. veggie oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Asian fish sauce
4 garlic cloves minced
2 med. shallots, minced
2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
8 thin center cut pork chops on the bone
1/4 c. salted peanuts

In a large bowl, combine the oil with honey, fish sauce, garlic, shallots and pepper. Add the pork chops, turn to coat thoroughly with the marinade and refrigerate overnight. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++==++++++++++++++++ Light a grill. Season the pork with salt. Brush grill with oil and cook the chops over very high heat until nicely charred and just cooked through, about 3 minutes on each side. scatter the peanuts on top and serve right away.
