Zesty Tuna Melts
2 cans solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1 Tbl capers
1 Tbl.lemon juice
2 tsp. Zesty Love Rub
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 loaf French bread
sliced provolone cheese

Preheat broiler.

Combine all ingredients except tomato and cheese in a bowl and thoroughly mix.
Slice the French loaf on the bias. Place on a baking sheet and spread some mayo lightly on bread. Top each slice with the tuna mixture. Add tomato slice and provolone slice.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes until GBD -golden brown and delicious-.
Serve hot.
